My Dad called in on my behalf and ordered and paid for a bespoke t shirt. The price was 13 without a little holly emblem (Christmas t shirt) or 14 with the emblem. My Dad paid the 14 to include the emblem. When he picked the shirt up, there was no emblem on it. He was told that he had agreed to have no emblem printed on the shirt (which he hadn't) and the cost with the emblem would have been 15. I am not bothered about the price and I told my Dad, if it was under 30, to buy it, 1 either way is not worth bothering about. Pity they just couldn't admit their mistake instead of making out my Dad a liar. Purchased from top Dog a few times, when they were located in Stourbridge, never had any problems.
